Traffic Alert — Because of construction, Main Street, south of the Nigh University Center visitor lot, will become a one-way street beginning Wednesday, July 11, through July 23. During this time, traffic going west on Main Street from Baumann Avenue will be directed north into lot 10 or south into lot 14 to avoid entering the construction area. Traffic going eastbound from Garland Godfrey to Baumann Avenue will proceed uninhibited.

Dining Center Groundbreaking, Today

The campus community is invited to attend the groundbreaking for the new dining center at 10:30 a.m. today on the Hamilton Field House lawn. The program will include remarks from President Don Betz, the groundbreaking ceremony and refreshments for attendees.

Job Evaluation Information Sessions, July 16-17

As discussed in the April edition of Broncho Beat, the Compensation department has begun introducing the Point Factor Method of Job Evaluation for all staff positions on campus. Two information sessions are available for anyone who would like to learn more or ask questions. Sessions are:

  • 9-10 a.m. Monday, July 16, Room 101A, Lillard Administration; and,
  • 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, Virginia Lamb Living Room, Human Environmental Sciences.
