Wellness Tip

— When talking dietary cholesterol, try to take in less than 300 milligrams each day. Some of the common cholesterol containing foods include eggs, shellfish and whole milk.

ASSE Conference — Industrial Safety students recently represented Central at the Region III American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) Student Leadership Conference in Broken Arrow. From left are Brant Haag, Tom Coomes, Skylur Whaley, Henry Bugarin, Beau Danker, Courtney Peery, Lauren Teter and Kelli Woolley. Those attending were selected from student applications. Bob DeLano, Ph.D., serves as the faculty mentor of the UCO student chapter of ASSE.
